β€œWhat I like most about working with the Youth Cabinet and Vibe is the inclusivity and that no one is judged for who they are, for their race or disability or their background. I think that is something I really enjoy.”

Mae Harding

Finlay Venables

Member of Youth Parliament 2024 - 2026

Fin is Halton’s elected Member of Youth Parliament, representing the voices of young people aged 11–18 across the borough. He is passionate about creating a fairer and more inclusive Halton, with a particular focus on accessibility, SEND inclusion, and improving opportunities for young people.

Access4All is Fin’s campaign focused on making Halton a more accessible and inclusive place for all young people, especially those with disabilities and SEND. The campaign looks at the barriers young people face in everyday life β€” in schools, public spaces, transport, activities, and services β€” and works to identify what needs to change.
