Junior INC

Junior INC is a school-based programme designed for young people in Year 5 and 6 with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Through fun, engaging, and supportive sessions, we help young people build confidence, develop important life skills, and better understand themselves and others.

Our sessions create a safe and welcoming space where young people can explore topics such as:

💬 Friendships – Building positive relationships and social skills
🧠 Mental Health & Wellbeing – Understanding emotions and learning healthy coping strategies
😊 Feelings & Emotions – Recognising, expressing, and managing feelings
🌈 Neurodiversity – Celebrating differences and understanding how everyone experiences the world differently
Understanding Self – Growing confidence, self-awareness, and independence

At Junior INC, we focus on creating positive experiences where every young person feels heard, valued, and supported to be themselves.

Get Your School Involved

We’re always looking to work with more schools to bring Junior INC to young people who could benefit from extra support, confidence-building, and life skills development.

Our programme is flexible and designed to work alongside schools to support pupils with SEN in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way. Sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of your students and focus on the topics most important to them.

If you think Junior INC would benefit the young people in your school, we’d love to hear from you! Get in touch with our team to find out more about how we can work together.
