Vibe UK Towers Over Knowsley Flower Show with Activities for the Whole Community

Vibe UK enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the Knowsley Flower Show, bringing together adventure, sustainability, youth engagement, and plenty of fun for visitors of all ages.

Towering over the event was the Vibe Outdoors climbing wall, which quickly became a popular attraction as people from across the community stepped up to test their head for heights. From those racing straight to the top to first-time climbers taking it one hold at a time, the Vibe Outdoors team were on hand throughout the weekend to encourage and support everyone taking on the challenge.

Alongside the climbing wall, visitors could explore Vibe UK’s Youth Interactive Bus, get involved in games and activities, and visit the Swap Stop Shop, which offered a more sustainable way to refresh their wardrobes.

The Swap Stop Shop encouraged visitors to bring along pre-loved clothing, exchange items, and discover something new to take home. By giving clothes a second life, the initiative helps reduce textile waste, makes clothing more accessible, and encourages communities to think differently about consumption and sustainability.

Vibe UK was also delighted to support the wider Flower Show by donating prizes for some of the weekend’s competitions. There was plenty of friendly competition throughout the event—with the hula hoop challenge proving a particular favourite among visitors and the Vibe team alike.

The weekend provided a brilliant opportunity for Vibe UK to connect with families and residents while showcasing the breadth of activities and opportunities available through its different services.

The climbing wall, which is also available to hire for community events, schools, festivals, and other occasions through Vibe Outdoors, demonstrated how adventurous activities can bring people together, encourage participants to challenge themselves, and create memorable experiences.

Meanwhile, the Swap Stop Shop will continue popping up at events and locations throughout the year, helping even more communities embrace swapping, reusing, and making more sustainable choices.

Vibe UK would like to thank everyone who stopped by, took on the climbing wall, swapped some clothes, joined in with the games, or simply came over to say hello. The enthusiasm of the Knowsley community made it a weekend to remember.
